We work with companies that publicly pledge to never lay off employees during pregnancy or postpartum. These partners donate, advocate, and help us change the system so fewer parents ever need us in the first place.

Legal Aid Grants & Referrals
Our goal is to provide access to legal support for pregnant parents, or partners of pregnant parents, who may be experiencing discrimination, retaliation, or wrongful termination.

Free Mental Health & Prenatal Support
Through partnerships, we aim to offer free therapy, mental health care, and prenatal services because stress during this time isn’t just emotional, it’s medical.

Job Matching With Supportive Employers
We are building pathways to connect laid-off parents directly with family-first employers who value working parents and honor The Vow.
